Our PSImetals NF consists of two core and three support modules:

Production Execution System (PES) containing the following sub modules:

• PES: Manufacturing Order Manager (MOM): Preparation of the manufacturing orders, generation of detailed scheduling and sequencing (real time), order processing control;
• PES: Shop Floor Manager (SFM): Overview of all manufacturing areas on shop floor level by means of process data integration (L2-Integration)

Warehouse & Transport Management (WTM) containing the following sub module:

• WTM: Material Flow Manager (MFM): Optimisation of the material flow taking into account the available transporation routes & equipment, any specific plant guidelines, current production situation and corresponding schedules and sequences.

Archiver: Single point of truth: recording of all production related events and evaluation.

Alert Manager: Single point of maintenance: recording and handling of error messages of all units involved in the production process.

PSIintegration (Message Server): Communication integration of other applications (e.g. ERP, L2)
